Right after checkout, you’ll get a PDF with a private link inside. That link takes you to the Playbook stored in Google Drive. You’ll be prompted to make your own copy and save it straight into your Drive so it’s yours to use forever.

Because these are instant-access digital products, all sales are final. Once the link is delivered, there’s no way to “return” it. That said, if you run into access issues, just reach out — I’ll make sure you get what you paid for.

Nope. The Playbooks are designed to work right inside Google Drive. They’re fillable, so you can type directly into them after you make your copy. All you need is a free Google account.
